Clemson Hosts Greenville High School Rugby Club for Clinic

Feb 29, 2008 Members of the Clemson Rugby Team hosted select players from the newly formed Greenville High School Rugby Club last Sunday in Clemson for a short clinic. Although the Red Raiders have only been playing for two months, the have posted an impressive 3-0 record with a defeat over last year's state champions Gilbert High School. The Red Raiders are led by Citadel alumnus Patrick Reid, and Clemson alumnus Reed Brogan.

Clemson coaches and players ran the Red Raiders through several passing, continuity and decision making drills on the day.

Clemson is proud to announce that they will play host to Greenville's match against Lugoff-Elgin High School on March 8th at 12pm. The high school players will then stay to watch Clemson University take on the University of Tennessee at 1:30.
